Pro-Bono/No-Cost Therapy
We’re honored to offer no-cost therapy sessions as part of our community outreach and doctoral practicum training program. Sessions are provided by Adam Grimm, a doctoral practicum student supervised by licensed psychologists at the Present Mind Institute of Hawaiʻi.
Our office is located in Kaneʻohe, next to the beautiful Koʻolau Mountains, offering a peaceful and supportive setting for healing and growth. Sessions are available on Mondays and Fridays, in-person or via telehealth, to ensure accessibility and comfort. Rooted in the spirit of aloha, our pro-bono therapy program supports mental health and well-being throughout our Hawaiʻi community.
If you’re interested in learning more or scheduling an appointment, please contact us at 808-379-3031 or call our Practice Manager, Glenn Philhower, at (808) 979-5731 to learn more or schedule.
Low Cost Therapy
PMIH is a learning and training institution for practicing clinicians and students. Therapy services provided by predoctoral students are offered at a low cost. Our students have been educated and trained at the Hawaii School of Professional Psychology (HSPP) that is accredited by the American Psychological Association. Students are supervised by licensed psychologists who provide on-site consultation and direct training. Cost for service under a training clinician and supervisor is $50 per session (or less).
